Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We build your website on live server, and provide you with a username and password so that you can log in and monitor the progress of your site. During this phase, we encourage your feedback if something isn’t quite the way you envisioned it or if you’ve changed your mind. Once your site is ready and you have provided your approval, we release it live on your server and submit your URL to the major search engines.

Monarch Web Design Group backs up all of our client’s websites daily, weekly and monthly on rotation to a 3rd party secure Cloud server like (Amazon S3 (or compatible), Dropbox, Google Drive, Rackspace Cloud, DreamObjects, FTP, Openstack Swift, UpdraftPlus Vault and email) and restore with a single click. Backups of files and database can have separate schedules.

There are many hosting companies out there but we trust ipage. We have been working with them since a long time and they provide secured and reliable hosting at an affordable rate. All websites that Monarch Web Design Group will create will be hosted by iPage.

However, if at any time you wish to move to a new web firm + web host, we will package up your site at no cost to send to the new firm. Though at that time, we will no longer be able to support your site.

YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. Our team is just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.

Yes and No.

We only support websites that are built using WordPress.

As per our experience Finishing Half build website takes more time to complete then from Scratch. We advise all our clients to let us redo complete website from scratch.

We have this policy so that we can 100% stand behind everything that we craft. There are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the same code over time.

No. We are exclusively a WordPress CMS firm. In choosing to build with one platform over the past 3 years, we have become experts in WordPress and can create extremely custom solutions for our clients.
